Standard Delivery Customers can expect to have their correctly completed order delivered within 6-10 working days, depending on the final destination. Faulty Items Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, We will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If You Change Your Mind We are unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customized, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will not apply for replacement items. Our company will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges. Incorrect Colour We will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour item you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only. Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card.
